Hundreds of Arkansas farmers plead for help on their struggling farms

It's sad but they null and voided any rights to a farm by voting for a racist who believes that the only way to solve an issue is to deport anyone they want. They don't deserve a dime from our government. They didn't want their farms anymore by doing this so they got what they wanted, too late to take it back

For as long as I can remember, the federal government has subsidized farming. They are adamantly opposed to socialism, until it is time to suck in federal dollars.
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@samueltyler2 Turns out, racism costs money lol and then when they need something like socialism they all of a sudden change their tune. Funny how that works. They're just selfish. It's selfish to ask the govt for money after they voted to have their farm out of business. Trump is just giving them what they wanted after all, it's what they voted for as they've said numerous times by now.

If I were them, I'd sell while it's still good and go move to a broke af red state town to live my retirement days to be honest.

It's over and they should realize that.

@SatanBurger i am worried that with the amount of damage during the last in months, how much more will occur before the next change in administration. It will likely take many years to recover from this.
@samueltyler2 no supermarket corporation or farmers or farming corporations speak up for SNAP. They hate socialism and the population disgusts them
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@samueltyler2 at this point there's no plans to arrest Trump and replace him temporarily with a sane leader so it might get pretty bad. I been worried about it too but at the same time nothing I can do.

I am going to do that protest that's going on though and do things within my own power in small ways. Like that blackoutthesystem.com stuff that's going on.
@SatanBurger blame Trump and accept this politics forever! Red and Blue, no matter who! Socialism is too complicated. Cuts are the Final Solution to the population. Conservative isn't fascism if you lie!
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@Roundandroundwego that is a classic example. It started as a program program to help farmers, not the public. It even paid some farmers to not plant. In the 1960s there were places you could go to to pick up surplus farm products. No one complained. The farmer made money, the public got its feel.
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@samueltyler2 which is weird cos the senate and all the federal judges as well as lawyers and most of our govt aren't going along with Trump. But the military, law enforcement and the Supreme Court Trump has behind him. These are the people holding his power
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@SatanBurger it remains to be seen of the lower courts's decisions make it and are sustained. By COUS.

@samueltyler2 Doctors like to think they have the most essential profession. I think farmers have it.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@yestestvennaya why pick on physicians? how many physicians have you surveyed? I go out of my way to support local farmers, but why do they take handouts from the government and then vote against others doing the alleged same thing?
@samueltyler2 have you met doctors? How about their bossy boss doctors? They have worked so hard to beat their classmates at everything and take away all the honors from everyone else since they were in preschool. They have utter contempt for the rest of the population who have indeed been proven inferior by all the tests and systems that admit the best to the money trough.
basilfawlty89 · 36-40, M
@yestestvennaya I could argue that about teachers. Education is essential. You can't do any job or vocation without learning. So why do teachers constantly get shafted, while farm owners and corporations get bailed out?
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
[@Rophysicisns and or their bosses undandroundwego] again, how many have you met and surveyed? Why condemn one profession? There are many professions that are critical to society. How about the truck drivers, the crop pockets, that lady is a really sticky problem considering the undocumented worker situation.
basilfawlty89 · 36-40, M
@Roundandroundwego yeahhhh that's great and all. But if I need surgery, I'm going to the doctor, not the farmer. You have fun getting brain surgery from a rancher though.
@samueltyler2 because a very famous prominent doctor made me talk on the phone for him, made me translate for him and kept me as a child involved in horrific conversations about post mortems, cancer treatment and everyone's personal tragedy - because he was FAKING deafness. I came to directly understand the narcissistic tendencies of all his associates. I don't back down. I was not properly shielded as a girl.
That man sat at our table and called me and my brothers "useless parasites" and called himself a hero.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@basilfawlty89 we need to be serious.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@Roundandroundwego all of his associates? Really, do you generalize to an entire occupation based on one experience?
basilfawlty89 · 36-40, M
@Roundandroundwego that's ONE doctor. A sweeping generalization is logically fallacious. One person does not affect an entire profession. Anecdote isn't data.
@basilfawlty89 and over thirty five of his associates. Who did cover for him when he was instantly healed of deafness in 1983.
Thirty five or probably more PROMINENT physicians, millionaires, CEOs. Not one. All.
basilfawlty89 · 36-40, M
@Roundandroundwego those are not all doctors. Compare the ratio of who you mentioned with the total number of physicians and surgeons. You'll rapidly see you're making a sampling error.

I've known evil lawyers.
I've also known lawyers who work pro-bono to help poor people not end up homeless due to evictions by greedy landlords.
@basilfawlty89 hello, yes they were all MDs. I don't think you can learn from me. When people like me said that teachers were having sex with us, that was like.... Yup. But then the teachers apologized for having sex with us kids and afterwards I was still not believed... Do what you do and never listen to me!
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@Roundandroundwego what are you implying?
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@Roundandroundwego please give us more information. Did you really interview 35 of his associates? What was this about. I did forensic medicine so am extremely intrigued by what you are saying. Please enlighten me. You can use PM if you prefer.
@samueltyler2 the narrative that doctors are like the rest of us seems permanently installed in your mind, while the fact that our system made a different sort of population rise to the top can't be reconciled without including my information from the past! So, nothing here indicated to you that doctors are quite different in a bad way from ordinary people who didn't best everyone they ever met and didn't give up all that youth offered to be number one.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@Roundandroundwego you have me totally confused. What point are you trying to make?
