Voting is pretty much always choosing the lesser of 2 evils. Its still voting for evil. How about none of us normal people play the rigged voting game and ignore all politicians?
gol979 · 41-45, M
@FreddieUK touche. Have a great rest of your day and i concur, a healthy debate.
FoxyQueen · 51-55, F
@gol979 I'm not saying we haven't gone to war for good reasons since WWII and I will go further and add America has done nothing since then to instill democracy elsewhere, but to secure resource ownership.

But, historically, we know that other countries do have colonization tendencies and will go in a raze other lands for whatever they feel its worth. That would be especially so if America turned to community government. It weakens the entire nation, making everyone susceptible to outside attack.

@FreddieUK

You seem frustrated Freddie. And I'm guessing it's because you think something called "politics" is at the top of a pyramid that's built on an orderly distribution of power, fair rewards for merit & achievment, and rational decision making.

I think it's not. Realistically, the politcs we're all living with now is more like a Vegas casino.

So when you ask "Where? Why? Who? When?", like those are ultimate questions that validate a political approach to every breath we take - I say, follow the money.

Modern political players don't make money - they seize it, spend it, and often waste it. Workers, builders, and thinkers create wealth. That's where the actual power is, and always has been.

I strongly feel voting is your right and every citizen should exercise it.
It’s always compromise between lesser of two evils, as none of political parties or politicians are ideal.
Last election result outcome was mainly because many didn’t voted because of all on-line noise/ propaganda or simply they are fed up with what was going on.
In this day and age, all people should use their own judgement.
We need to stop all dark money being poured into the election. I think it played big role. Republicans knew and worked on it for years to change rules so that it would be hard to trace money stream.
FoxyQueen · 51-55, F
@Nick1 Every government in the world, if the leaders stand to benefit from it, is corrupt. It is impossible not to be.

As a voter, we have to vote based off our own best interests as citizens and how we can help others and help our neighbors benefit from that vote.

People literally voted to "Own the libs and make them cry." I know this because people where I work literally said, "I bet the libs are pissed off now! We won and they are losers!"

People have forgotten why we vote and it isn't to punish people we don't like, yet here we are. People literally voted for the horrors because it would upset people they think they hate.

I'm so disgusted in the lack of humanity in US.
Nick1 · 61-69, M
@FoxyQueen and now many of them are crying too. Because they thought it won’t affect them. They thought they are special !
FoxyQueen · 51-55, F
@Nick1 Good. No sympathy here. They are getting what they voted for.
specman · 51-55, MVIP
No one knew about somethings and others voted for specific things that were campaigned on. Some voted because they didn’t like the way Democrats done things. It hasn’t been a year yet democrats need to chill and find a sensible way to combat this problem they have or they’ll lose the next time too! I’m not picking on either parties.
specman · 51-55, MVIP
@FoxyQueen nope and you must have failed anthropology
FoxyQueen · 51-55, F
@specman Sure. That's totally the answer.

Whatever.

You are wrong. You can't provide proof that you are right other than saying myths.

I'm tired of this conversation. There's nothing left to be said. You refuse to acknowledge that you have been in error and don't seem interested in bithering to see why.

Nite.
FoxyQueen · 51-55, F
Any further conversation with this person will have to be done on their page. I humored them after their blatantly racist comments, but my humor is over.
Fallflower · 46-50, F
Seems to me that they don't really love their wives, daughters etc. in the way we thought they did. Some of them hate, resent and fear us when it really comes down to it.
FoxyQueen · 51-55, F
@Fallflower I mean, it's really true. I didn't realize how much men hate women till I decided to plunge into the dating scene 5 years ago. It is amazing how many think we are literally machines created to provide for them and when we assert any sort of agency, they call us names and hate us.

So yeah, I can agree with your point. If women are here sinply to fulfill needs, why do emotional connections have to get involved? 🤷‍♀

@GuiltyBiStander Fully agree! Much like a cult, you don't join it because of all the horrors they are doing. You join it because you believe it will do good.

Once you are in and realize it's a cult, you do everything you can to get oit and make changes so that other people don't get involved.

That is definitely what we need to do with our government and I support that. I just don't know thst there is any kind of government we haven't tried as people that has failed due to it always eventually becoming corrupt.
I vote...for myself.
FoxyQueen · 51-55, F
@Amyrakunejo Most do, which isn't really how we should vote. We should vote on issues that benefit society as a whole, not how we can individually profit, but, we are rarely taught that in schools. We are taught we speak our personal voice when we vote, not that we speak as a community when we vote. We have been taught individualism for so long, we have forgotten that government is meant to serve everyone.

People need to check their bank accounts. That will tell them whether or not they're going to be favored by the Trump regime or not. 🤷
