500 people arrested for holding signs against a genocide.

Palestine Solidarity Actions has been designated as a terrorist organisation by our 'Labour' government. This means that anyone involved in it or supporting it (by holding a sign) is subject to prosecution under the Terrorism Act. PSA's crime was damaging military equipment being sold to Israel, which Israel is using to commit genocide. Yvette Cooper says that the public doesn't know all the details but will not give them.

Meanwhile in Gaza:

Who are the terrorists here?

Breaking into a RAF base and sabotaging aircraft vital to the defence of the realm is, no matter your motive, terrorism.

What is the mental fortitude, the strength of purpose of these people if they want to act like terrorists but be treated like naughty school children?

Are they, in effect, not prepared to face the consequences of their actions?

The Voyagers damaged are air to air refuellers not compatible with the Israeli in flight refueling system. They were not being sold to the IDF.

It is a shame that you should make such a mistake.

Unless, of course you are one of Farage's useful fools, trying to undermine government actions against terrorism, to allow N(ational) F(ront) another opportunity to call Labour out.

@SchoolBelle It's not defense of the realm it's arms given to foreign powers

Accusing ME of being a Farage fan?

You also failed to respond to the point about their lack of moral fibre. They want to do the crime. Thry don't want to do the time.

Typically when people do the crime, the individuals are punished. A person doesn't rob someone and then the army comes in to blockade all of the neighborhood to starve them to death like Palestinians are starving.

Experts have even stated that the there's things that could be done different. This is way overkill and doesn't match the actions at this point. Years long blockades and purposeful famines aren't really even on the same wavelength.

At what point does supposed "punishment" stop.

@SatanBurger The crime was done in the name of the organisation. The organisation has been banned.

Nothing I have written supports Israeli actions in Gaza. Your attempt to draw some equivalence between British and Israeli government activities is naive.
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@SchoolBelle Sorry to say but the punishment of the "organization" doesn't fit the crime when Israel extended the punishment to Palestinian children.
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@SatanBurger You continue to draw the equivalence.

What Netanyahu is doing in Gaza, to keep himself out of jail, has already been condemned as a war crime.

The British government action against domestic terrorists is a matter of public policy.

@SchoolBelle Supplying 1,200,000 tons of food to gaza is a war crime?
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@sunsporter1649 Did I say that? Really?

I observed and referred to a fact, not some emotional pro/anti claptrap.
