Did the Trump administration hire HAMAS to act as ICE agents?

With the masks and the unmarked cars and kidnapping people off the street, this seems a lot like how HAMAS has acted.

The reason government agents cover their faces is that what they're doing is so unpopular that they fear retaliation from the public (we're a democracy btw) 👍
