@DeWayfarer While the Iranian Constitution does not call for the removal of Jews, it mandates that the raison d'être of the Islamic Republic, is to put Jerusalem under Muslim rule, specifically Shiite rule. Most of of the Jews will be kicked out, unless they can prove their lineage extends to the rule of Salah Al Deen over Jerusalem. Not clear for Christians, because they would probably need to prove their lineage to pre First Crusade.
