The way I understand it now, Qatar negotiated the deal, and announced by Trump. The way it would work is Iran will stop firing in 4 hours, and then 12 hours later Israel stop firing??? And then they will both agree that the 12-day war is over???

So then Iran sits back and takes it for 12 hour?
