Trump says the U.S. has 'too many' holidays. How about a new one? "National Bonespurs Awareness Day."

If anything, we do not have enough!

I'd add...

January 30th - FDR's birthday
February 12th - Lincoln's birthday (fyi: so-called "President's Day" is actually Washington's birthday and not for all presidents)
September 2 - World War II Victory Day (not May 8th as Trump thinks, but May 8th would be fine for Truman's birthday)
September 3 - V-B Day ("Victory Over Britain" - the signing of the Treaty of Paris and recognition of the United States)
September 17 - Constitution Day (would help Americans to know their rights if readings of the Constitution were widespread)

First Tuesday after the first Monday in November - Citizenship Day (which would happen to be the date for federal elections)

November 11 - revert "Veterans Day" back to "Armistice Day" - the end of World War I

And let's create a new holiday to specific thank our living veterans. The best day would be Flag Day, but since we don't want Trump to think it's a holiday for him, make it the third Saturday in May (currently Armed Forces Day, which celebrates those serving) but since the branches all have their own day, this new designation would honor living veterans.

And, of course, leave all the other federal holidays in place.

If Trump wants a holiday for himself, I suggestion "National Bonespurs Awareness Day." Make it the day he dodged the draft. Oh, wait. Which time would that be, since there was more than one time?

Would that include people with (fake) bone spurs as diagnosed for by a doctor coerced by Daddy's money?
