Trump’s ICE Defies Blue Sanctuary State to Conduct Raid Against Illegal Alien Gangs

It appears the Department of Homeland Security, under President Trump’s renewed watch, isn’t wasting any time getting down to brass tacks. Breitbart News just dropped an exclusive: DHS conducted a major sting operation right in the heart of a notorious sanctuary state, Massachusetts, and they weren’t there to hand out welcome baskets. They were rounding up illegal alien gang members and other violent offenders who’ve been lurking in the shadows.

It’s about time someone reminded these sanctuary city politicians that their virtue signaling doesn’t supersede federal law or the safety of their own communities. United States Attorney Leah Foley certainly delivered that memo with a megaphone, issuing a stark warning.

Quoting U.S. Attorney Leah Foley’:

"I will not stand idly by if any public official, public safety officer, organization or private citizen acts in a manner that criminally obstructs or impedes ICE operations. The United States Attorney’s Office, along with our federal partners, will investigate any violations of federal law and pursue charges that are warranted by such activity."

You can almost hear the pearl-clutching from here!

Got to do what needs to be done.
@soar2newhighs Gang members like a PhD student in Masssachusetts?? They've messed up too many times. I don't trust them to separate the criminals from the innocents.

@ElwoodBlues Shall we put this dude back in charge?

@ElwoodBlues The administration has determined the individual is to be deported. Understand the fact that the person is a PhD has little bearing on their decision.
Do you know what the charges are and subsequent deportation are all about??
@soar2newhighs says
The administration has determined
That's not how it works under due process.

Under due process, the administration would file a case and perhaps an arrest warrant. Under due process, only the judicial branch can make such determinations.

Frankly, it's rather surprising that you don't understand how the law works.

Understand the fact that the person is a PhD has little bearing on their decision.
Actually, it does. The claim was about alleged "gang members" being deported. Are you suggesting this lady belongs to some kind of illegal PhD gang?? if not, what gang does she belong to??
