I don’t think Trump has these ideas on his own. I think those behind him use him as a puppet for their own agendas. So trump is not manipulating the stock market - those who influence him are.

@Pitchblue It seems like the stock and bond market is able to direct him quite well and bring him to his knees. And, China doesn't seem to know they are supposed to listen to him or his cronies.
