It's like when he took credit for the drop in fuel prices during his first show. The reality is he literally shut down the economy so demand for petrol dropped causing a drop in prices that he could crow about. The surprising thing (yes, it's STILL surprising) is the Red Hats praised the drop in prices while excusing the economy shut down (that he ordered) as not his fault.
