Will they Comply or Lose their Jobs?

It seems like No Federal Worker has ever been required to fill out an Hour by Hour Chart and End of the Day Report. Or are they afraid that it'll be discovered that their actual Work Time intervenes with their Instagram/Tik_Tok/FaceBook/Instant Messaging/Online Gaming time.

Never in any job I do have I been asked to fill out log sheets of work done or daily reports. Shift managers do shift logs of things that happen during each 12 hour stint but grass roots workers (like me as a freight train driver) don't. We have a timesheet for payroll and that's about it.

@zonavar68 I started working part-time back in 1982 for Kroger when I was 16 years old. I'll be 59 years old this coming July and every Job that I have ever had including my current Job, whether it was Union or Non-Union, has required some sort of Hourly or End of Day Report.
