TBH I'm not a big fan of the death penalty. Reason being I have seen too much corruption in the "just us" department. The number of people who have been sent to jail because they disagreed with the political class is astounding. Imagine if they pin a murder on some guy who walked through the Capital Building after being invited in like they did with the J6 political prisoners. I do agree with her other initiatives though especially the weaponisation of the DOJ with the elimination of the drug cartels coming in an extremely close second.
@hippyjoe1955 I suspect the end of the federal death penalty moratorium is most likely for certain pedophile rings and human traffickers. Although I could see Fauci strung up for crimes against humanity. I don't think Trump is planning to use it on political opponents. Those who are guilty of treason are more likely to find a lifetime residency behind bars.
@BizSuitStacy It will remain to be seen. I am still against the death penalty. I have seen too many innocent people go to jail for crimes they had nothing to do with.
