2. Deny he ordered it and whine he gets blamed for everything with witch hunts.
3. Talk about how sleepy Joe Biden is.
4. Mention he would have had a bigger inauguration crowd than Obama, Biden, and Martin Luther King, Jr. combined.
5. Nominate a new Secretary of Defense.

@MarmeeMarch I agree those are the posted numbers. The issue is as a response to Mexico, he will talk about crowd size as one of his strategies, including MLK's speech.
