The snowplow driver ran over my garbage cans. Can I sue?

It's obvious that your garbage cans were in the street, preventing the snowplow driver from properly doing his job. You should get a ticket for blocking the street.

You seem to have a lot of issues with people running over your things, perhaps if you move all your stuff inside your canvas shelter it will cease to be a problem.

probably not but you might be able to demand that they pay for them
