Do you tend to focus more on the figure of a leader or on the ideology/system implemented by a country?

Their ideology and their plan to implement that system is most important.

That being said a charismatic leader who knows how to get their message across and work a crowd is important.


You can have the greatest idea but if listening to you is like nails on a chalkboard it won't get traction.
