@Heartlander No. Copperheads were Peace Democrats who opposed the civil war and wanted to make an immediate peace settlement with the Confederate states.

Sounds like a insurrection. I think the FBI and DOJ need round them up and arrest them like they did. 14 months in jail with no access to family or friends. How joyous! Then the maximum sentence allowed by law. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

@Adrift people that don't file and pay federal taxes usually don't pay their state income taxes either. Don't most state income tax calculations require info from your 1040 federal income taxes?
