Will the USA remain as a democracy if Project 2025 prevails?

If someone were to try to subvert the US Constitution would the current US Supreme Court re-direct the submissions back to the tenets of the Constitution - OR is there a 'loophole' where absolute power to the Presidency can be granted??
What is the legal limitation / authority of Congress to maintain the tri-partite "Separation of Powers" in status-quo if a President were to try to shift the balance from rule by legislated law to rule by executive order? From the article in the link, the suggestion is that President Trump will be trying to remodel the government so only his directives will be law and he will be able to act without consulting Congress.

The first link below speaks to "Project 2025" and Trump trying to deny his association to it during the election, but now engaging with its author (and previous Presidential councillor) to forcefully enact a similar strategy as Project 2025 promotes.

The second, third and fourth links simply give you (the reader) the background information about the agency and people reporting on the first link.

Will the USA remain as a democracy? No, absolutely not. Project 2025 is the brainchild of Putin, not Trump and not the right-wing of American politics either. Putin has already publicly stated numerous times that "America's version of Democracy is a farce" and he's about to prove it to Americans.

@swirlie The reality is Project 2025 is a wish list of what Republicans have said they wanted to do for a few decades. It's not new; it's just the first it was written down, indexed, and bound. Sadly, Putin didn't have to have a hand in it. There was enough anti-American Americans to do all the work.
