Actually we need to get back to a lot of the ways that Capitol Hill used to be.
For Starters we need to go back to no more full time in Washington. Representatives should only be in Washington for 6 months and the other six months at home with their constituents.
Remove "K Street" lobbyists, which is nothing more than legalized bribery.
Term Limits and stick to them.
Congress should have to vote on their raise annually and televise the vote for the American people to see and hold them accountable. No more of this "automatic raise" without the American people being involved.
