The election isn't 'decided' until the EC tally is confirmed in early Jan and the new President appointed. Until then it's still just a 'work in progress'.

trump started the whining about being cheated if he loses back in 2015 and he had not stopped since. Even when he won the EC in 2016 he still conducted a 3 month investigation how it could be possible a woman got more popular votes than he did.
