@sunsporter1649 The present admin isn't ignoring it. Asylum is covered in the Constitution. If a migrant crosses the border, goes to an agent, and declares asylum, that's an act of legal immigration according to the Constitution.
You can disagree with the law, you can say it should be changed, but that is the law.
