Living in the UK, I guess I can understand why you don't know what journalism is...or was really...
Journalism is not taking the government or the hearsay of a citizen and then just amplifying it indiscriminately.
Journalism is actively digging into things and finding the abject truth...no matter how inconvenient or uncomfortable to the government or its citizens.
Your media failed on this because they chose to just believe what they were told. They didn't bother to confirm that or actively seek the truth. They were comfortable with spreading lies and now are shrugging their shoulders as the actual truth came out.
It wouldn't have taken much digging to find out the guy downloaded a Al Quada field manual. But your government didn't want to know that, and your media went along with the cover up.
You live in a very odd universe where you believe that anyone who's not in full possession of the facts is actively lying.

I kinda like when Joe Rogan gave tRump all the time in the world to explain how he was cheated in 2020. And Trump says "we'll do it another time." DUUUDE!!! He's had FOUR YEARS!!! Trump says "I would bring in papers that you would not believe." DUUUDE!!! He's had FOUR YEARS!!! If you've got papers, then go set up a website!!

Trump: They always cut you off, well what I'd rather do, and we'll do it another time, I would bring in papers that you would not believe. So many different papers. That election was so crooked. It was the most crooked election.

Trump: Well, let’s start on the top and the easy ones. They were supposed to get legislative approval to do the things they did, and they didn’t get it. In many cases, they didn’t get it.

Trump: Like for extensions of the voting, for voting earlier, for this — all different things. By law, they had to get legislative approvals. You don’t have to go any further than that.

They wouldn’t give access in certain areas to the ballots because the ballots weren’t signed. They weren’t originals. They were — we could go into this stuff. To which, Trump replied: "Uh."
Needless to say, Republicans in Wisconsin investigated and found no significant issues. Needless to say, tRump's legal teams brought their evidence to court and judges rejected it. Needless to say, tRump's "objection" is that election officials made it possible for more legal voters to vote. Needless to say, tRump is STILL playing with smoke and mirrors STILL has no evidence.

@ElwoodBlues Watch the interview on YouTube. Rogan laughed at trumps claims of how he was cheated and really won all thru the podcast. He didnt even try to hide it. He laughed outloud several times

@Mesthartiya A country with the right to free speech baked right into their constitution works for me. Let’s agree to disagree and move on. I’ll live in a free society. You can continue to live on a little island that used to be a great and powerful empire, but has allowed itself to deteriorate to the pathetic mess it is today.
