All Harris had to say to get into Trump's brain was to mention crowd size and interest in his rallies....and he hasn't been able to stop thinking about it or talking about it since.

A 'piss up' is a colloquial phrase for a night of heavy drinking. When Brits say pissed, they mean drunk. Not angry or urinating.

'Couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery' is a common phrase to describe someone who can't do anything right, even under easy conditions.
