I have a question about the Mayor Eric Adams scandal, haven't been following it. So since I want the truth, no liberals, just real people. What is happening supposedly with him?

All I know is that the DOJ began to investigate him VERY seriously AFTER he criticized the Biden/Harris open border policy, because the huge numbers of illegals flooding his city are bankrupting the city.
The charges are that he took bribes, supposedly, from the Turkish ambassador. One of his air flights was upgraded to first class. He was put up at a luxury hotel and his room was upgraded. He also received a campaign donation from the Turkish ambassador. In return, Adams approved a construction site for the new Turkish embassy in New York.

@4meAndyou I just don't have the time to investigate this one in enough depth to come to a conclusion other than to point out highly influential AOC wants him to resign.
I don't have any non-state control Turkish websites to turn to anymore, I was a daily reader of The Hurriyet Daily (best archeology section of any newspaper on the planet) but gave up once Erdogan's stormtroopers mounted up outside the office to take it. Erdogan didn't like he lost that election and forced a recount, after he declared war on the Kurdish voters.
No independent media exists anymore within Turkey.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow No, cultic activity starts in the third tier of the dopamine pump, I'm conscious in the second tear. I'm catholic but not ritualistic. I read more the philosophical and moral works.
Democrats in the US has historically attracted the 3rd tier dopamine pump people, the "committee" people who always back the strongman who knows everything, and they lie and follow him no matter what, party first.
There isn't a conservative who assumes Trump knows everything. We only back him to the extent he preforms, and he performs. That's why liberals hate him. He is the first politicians in generations who lives up to his word. Liberals just make up lies and jointly hold hands trying hard to believe in it. Deep down inside they know it is bullshit, but it is heresy to say otherwise.
Kamala is losing, and many will again fall out of love with the current brand of liberalism and it will reinvent itself and many will flock back to it under a new banner- likely a even crazier one. Many will stay away, feel hurt. They are the ones who undergo cultic deprogramming. Find a more balanced lifestyle. Learn to mature as a individual, and not fall into the trap of new movements.
