What effect will Trumps tarrifs have

Will theý be limited to importers or will the cost of the tarrifs be pased on to busniesses and consumers.

The very nature of a tariff is that it increases the price of an import to the consumer. It cant do anything else..It means a local supplier doesnt have to compete on price as hard..😷
