I don't think it matters either way. Prosecutor vs. Criminal. That's what matters.
I will say that if he were to walk behind Harris like he did to Clinton, she's spin on him in heartbeat. I could see "Sit the hell down old man" coming out of her mouth. She's got stones. He doesn't.

When it comes to a guy like Trump, who is unable to control himself, and talks over his opponent constantly, you have to be able to mute his mic, or neither the opponent or the moderator will be able to get a word in edgewise. He has no respect for even the simplest rules.

@MarmeeMarch Trump doesn’t actually know anything about anything, he just makes everything on the fly. One thing we do know is that he has zero ability of staying on point when talking about any given topic and that’s where he will struggle against Kamala.
