I don't think it matters either way. Prosecutor vs. Criminal. That's what matters.
I will say that if he were to walk behind Harris like he did to Clinton, she's spin on him in heartbeat. I could see "Sit the hell down old man" coming out of her mouth. She's got stones. He doesn't.
