JD Vance has weird views about gender and he wants government to get involved in people's personal lives to make people "normal" again.

He advocates for more votes for people with children.
He calls for government promotion of more jobs for men only.
He wants "young boys" in the womb to have a choice at life.
He doesn't want women to be able to get divorces.

Everyone who is still in the womb should have a chance at life. What's so "controversial" about that?

@Bel6EQUJ5 “Everyone” who is still in the womb is not necessarily even a person yet; however, even if they were all were persons, nobody has the right to live inside of another person. It’s a privilege that can be revoked at any time for any reason.

@Bel6EQUJ5 He only mentioned, "young boys." That's weird. He's a married guy with kids of his own and he's thinking about "other" women and "other boys." That's really weird. Everything is controversial about that. Imagine if Matt Gaetz said something like that?
@MarkPaul If he actually said what has been claimed here, and wasn't misquoted, then yes, that is an odd thing to say.
@JPWhoo Are you insane? You're in favour of butchering someone, someone completely helpless, and all for the sake of convenience, because the mother may not desire a baby at that time?

@Bel6EQUJ5 It might not be immediately obvious how this relates, but bear with me.

Suppose there’s this random guy, Bob, who’s deathly ill. Bob needs a kidney donation to save his life, and it turns out you’re a potential match. Should you be ethically and/or legally obligated to donate one of your kidneys to Bob?
