@Baremine answer my question, what power did she have to alter things? The Republican party, in control of the house, had the power to approve the Senate bill championed by a Republican, a bill considered the strictest immigration plan ever. They folded when Trump told them he didn't like it.

@samueltyler2 I not going to get into politics with you. No bill passed by the far left Senate is conservative. There aren't enough conservatives in the Senate to pass a conservative bill.

That bill ties 40% Ukraine 40% Israel 20% Border all together in one package. Should have been at least one third each. By telling half the story you as a typical dem need to create fiction. @samueltyler2
