Where are the calls for more gun control after Trump was shot?

I have not heard any Democrats, or anyone in the main stream media talk about
gun control since the shooting, this is a first.

Nice fantasy, but once again fantasy is not fact. As after every shooting, there have been renewed calls for gun safety standards, gun control, and banning of AR-15 military style weapons. Why not say, why aren't there more calls for "Thoughts and Prayers" from maga-nuts after Cry-Baby-trump got grazed with a bullet? It seems those calls were muted... that's a first.

@MarkPaul FYI, a man was killed, and two others seriously wounded. Did you forget
about them? We know you were rooting for the shooter, were you a personal friend
of his? Are you calling for another attempt? If you really think Trump is that bad, you
should do it yourself, but you would have to be able to handle a firearm.
