That's WAPO's reported timeline from the moment the gunman forced a law enforcement officer to fall from the rooftop to the time he shot at Trump.

Inexcusable that a radio transmission (and was there even one?) could not have reached Secret Service agents near the podium where Trump was speaking to get him under cover.

That’s a long time for a supposed crack security team to respond to a threat.

Having said that the Uvalde cops didn’t react AT ALL during the whole of the Uvalde shooting incident so maybe it’s a thing with law enforcement. When stuff happens take time to think about what to do next.
