Congress controls the courts. The President nominates who will be on the court, he doesn't set the size.

Nice idea, but the President can't change the SCOTUS, only Congress can.

Chuckle, shake my head and recall history and remember that FDR tried to do this and it failed miserably. Pretty sure the Dems tried this in 2020 or something, and again, it failed miserably.
