Israel with their indiscriminate bombing anything that moves, has murdered 3 Americans delivering food. Should Biden retaliate and send a few bombs into Tel Aviv?

The three you mention were British, not American. An Australian national, Polish national, an American-Canadian dual citizen and a Palestinian were also killed.

To Israel, their killing had the desired effect of forcing World Central Kitchen to suspend their operations in Gaza and turn back two other ships. A further 240 tonnes of food aid was supposed to be delivered. This charity operates 68 community kitchens in Gaza, and has been feeding civilians throughout the war.
