@LordShadowfire when investigating the top secret documents found at the Biden residence the FBI concluded that yes he did retain top secret documents knowing that it was wrong he shared them with people who were not authorized to see them but he is not of a mental capacity to be prosecuted.

Trump kept them, claimed he didn't have them, then claimed he had the right to have them, and some of them are still missing to this day. When mar lar go was searched the FBI documented everything taken in detail Jack Smith evidence log shows new items he claims were found that were not on the FBI log when asked about it he said he didn't know when asked about the chain of custody he said they haven't kept it up to date. I used to be in law enforcement anytime chain of custody is broken that evidence is no longer admissible.
