Truckers are now planning to boycott the streets of New York City. The news is out now. You see the layoffs in the tech industry. And in retail you have stores and restaurants shutting down everywhere. Some of you may be doing well financially, while others are not. Seems like a "base" move: Act in a way that is counterproductive to their own (and family) interests. It's just like the people who get upset over social issues and burn down their own cities and loot the locally-owned stores.
Then again, this seems like one of those stories intended manipulate "the base" and 5 to 7 people show up to protest without knowing what exactly they are protesting for...
