Convicted of what? Just a regular criminal court case?

@specman Now that's a good question. If he's just convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, that shouldn't disqualify him, but if he's found guilty of the big one, that's a 14th Amendment thing.

@LordShadowfire He might win his immunity case. Due to the fact that if the president doesn't have immunity then people that disagrees with him while he is president they will be able to sue him for his actions while in office or the opposite party can sue him . It will change the presidency. He is declaring immunity because he was still president when it happened. The transfer of power had not been officially transferred. They also intend to say the 14th amendment doesn't include the commander in chief, because there are positions listed and no where does it state commander in chief or the president. The ruling has a chance of changing the presidency for the worst.

@Tastyfrzz don’t forget his puppet master(s). Obama and friends.
If Biden remembers with his old degenerate mind.
Tastyfrzz · 61-69, M
@specman I'd rather vote for Biden's head in a jar of blue fluid before trump any day.
specman · 51-55, M
@Tastyfrzz well that’s your opinion
LordShadowfire · 100+, M
@specman That's the opinion of anyone who doesn't hate the 14th Amendment.

@LordShadowfire who was involved in a insurrection?

@specman I trust you consider C-SPAN to be a valid source? After all, they're the most boringly centrist news station on this entire planet of Earth.

@LordShadowfire I consider the Supreme Court’s ruling a reliable source.

@specman Okay, so you don't want to think for yourself.
