He should be removed only if he is ruled disqualified due to the provisions of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.

@beckyromero I'm not an American, but it reads like anyone who appears to have engaged in insurrection is barred unless approved by two thirds of the House and Senate.

@22Michelle he is going to court about immunity. If the president is not immune then I feel for the future presidents they will get sued for all their actions from being president. If they say he did not have immunity that will happen. He was technically still President on Jan 6.

And what word would you use to describe a group of people who intentionally broke into the Capitol for the purpose of overturning legitimate election results? Don't let somebody else do your thinking for you. Use your own words.

@fanuc2013 none of the indictments pending include insurrection. Per washington post. The fbi hasnt said shit though.
