His name shouldn't be on the ballot, he is disqualified? This shouldn't be a court decision, would a court be needed to disqualify a 34 year old?

@specman what does that have the do with the 24th amendment's disqualification rule?
specman · 51-55, MVIP
@samueltyler2 what about it?
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@specman have you even read it? his immunity has nothing to do with his eligibility! would someone's immunity allow them to run if they are 34 years old, or not born in the USA?
specman · 51-55, MVIP
@samueltyler2 in what way is he not eligible?
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@specman clause three days anyone actively involved or in aiding anyone in an insurrection is barred. It says nothing about conviction.

@specman it says anyone who as an officer and swore an oath. There is no argument that he was an officer and swore an oath.

@samueltyler2 They didn’t say commander in chief. That’s what they are questioning. It has not been ruled as an insurrection in the high court. So far it is considered a riot the only people that are referring that is an insurrection are democrats and their politicians.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@specman I disagree, no one except far right nut cases deny it met the definition of an insurrection. What is a commander in chief if not the chief executive officer of the executive branch? It was always assumed that the wording of requirements would be adhered to, no one has ever argued that a court needed to confirm the requirements, because in the past, everyone went by the rule of law, as written. No one fought about the definition of born in the US, oh, I forgot, i am incorrect, one person did try to prevent someone From running claiming that person wasn't born in the US.

@samueltyler2 I am just telling you what they are arguing. I’m on Trumps side. Their side of the argument sounds plausible.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@specman i realize what side you are on. Why do you say they are arguing, it is you who is blind to what tTump tried to do. He continues to try, his platform for re-election shows it. He is a failed businessman, lied about that, he is twice impeached, indicted four times for over 91 crimes. He robs from the poor to pay the rich. Wake up before it is too late
specman · 51-55, MVIP
@samueltyler2 he keeps trying to what?
