Colorado voters urging Supreme Court to remove cry baby Trump from the ballot.

Go you good things 👍👍

Let’s hope the Supreme Court listens.

I'm not a Trump supporter, but we should never want the Supreme Court to "listen to the people," but instead always rule on the law and the interpretation of The Constitution of the United States.

@ilikeitlikethat23

Yes, and the states maintain their sorveignty.
ilikeitlikethat23 · 61-69, M
@calicuz so they took trump off the ballot, if they cry for state sovereignty, take the good and the bad. Trumpers need to suck it up.

@ilikeitlikethat23

That's kinda why we need the Supreme Court to rule on this matter.
On the one hand we have the States who have thier sovereignty, yet have the duty to give all voters the opportunity to vote for which ever candidate they want to vote for. Under the law, we can only vote in our County of residence, if the candidate we want to vote for isn't on the ballot, we as voters are being denied our constitutional right to vote.
Leaving a candidate off the ballot could be interpreted as a form of voter suppression. IMHO of course, because I'm not a Constitutional Attorney.

Read the Constitution and ban insurrectionists and traitors from office? How un-GOP!
Reason10 · 61-69, M
The Colorado Supreme Court just engaged in election interference. Those judges should be impeached for judicial misconduct.
I would try to explain what they did according to the law, but you are obviously too stupid to have read any law books. You MIGHT want to read the Constitution (for the first time in your life, obviously).
The SCOTUS follows the Constitution. Too bad for TDS heads.

@BizSuitStacy Just when has President Trump been convicted of insurrection?
@sunsporter1649 Exactly. Not only hasn't he been convicted...he hasn't even been charged. Even the FBI said J6 wasn't an insurrection.

Yet the left continues to double down on stupidity and desperation by referencing Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. They haven't even come close to meeting the burden of proof of an insurrection to get him removed, and never will. And they know it. So...they'll just remove Trump from the ballot anyway, then engage in lawfare to prevent him from getting back on it.

Thats what the legislature is for, not the courts.
