When will we know if Trump is being removed from the voting ballot?

Does anyone know?
Reason10 · 61-69, M
He is not going to be removed. There is no reason to remove him. He has not been convicted of any crime. He is ahead in ALL the polls. The only way the DemoNazis keep him out is assassination.
Probably not until after the primary, and even then he will probably still be on it. I have no doubt in my mind Donald Trump will be the GOP nominee.

Ask SCOTUS. They are delaying it for their own reasons.

It's trickier then both sides think.

States rights is in the way of it. And they just voted on a whole bunch of issues because of states rights.

They put themselves in a hole marked for burying by themselves in the tenth amendment. I suspect certain issues they just are not going to touch, when by the 14th amendment they must.

So just ignore, what they don't like in the Constitution, is likely to happen.

Any rulings are at their own discretion. They don't have to rule whether Trump has unlimited powers. Which will be the issue if he gets elected on the very first day, as Trump mentions himself! A dictator!

Heck pardon himself will be the very first dictate! Of course everyone else involved in January 6th! He has already stated that as well!

You wanted a dictator? Then that has already been self prophecized by the prophet Trump and condoned by his disciples the SCOTUS!

To heck with the 14th amendment, because they refuse to make any judgements on his powers!

Never...SCOTUS won't let that happen

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear an appeal of the Colorado case and is set to hear oral arguments on Feb. 8. The justices’ ruling could determine whether Mr. Trump appears on ballots nationwide. The justices are hearing arguments Feb. 8 in a case that both sides say needs to be resolved quickly so that voters know whether Trump, the leading Republican candidate for president, is eligible to hold the presidency.

The court is dealing with the dispute under a compressed timeframe that could produce a decision before Super Tuesday on March 5, when the largest number of delegates are up for grabs in a single day, including in Colorado.

@Khenpal1 Thing is, Trump would have to have been tried and convicted. He was IMPEACHED for that crime and exonerated by the Senate. So there is no reason for the Colorado Nazis to take him off the ballot.
fun4us2b · M
If he is, it will be Nikki Haley as DeSantis dropped out !!
@fun4us2b Then once again I'll be forced to vote third party.

Hopefully soon

He won’t be dropped . Like a true dictator he managed to hand pick a favorable Supreme Court. They will rule in his favor.

Pretzel · 61-69, M
it is done on a state by state basis - not a national mandate as far as I know
@Pretzel The Constitutional provision applies to the whole country, which is why the Supreme Court has been petitioned.

Don’t hold your breath.
justanothername · 51-55, M
@RedBaron so could it happen before the elections?
RedBaron · M
@justanothername Doubtful
Elessar · 26-30, M
That's the neat trick, he won't
Ramon67 · 61-69, M
It won’t happen .

Shut up Homo!

Another question I saw today is how will we know if he has dementia or not. He acts the same either way.
@Renaci He is actually less coherent now.
Any dem that wants Trump off the ballot can no longer claim that America is a democracy.
Theyitis · 36-40, M
@NativePortlander1970 He told them to fight like hell or they would lose their democracy. If you think you’re going to lose your democracy and are told to fight, are you going to assume he meant fight “peacefully”? He didn’t have to specifically say, “be violent.”

@MarmeeMarch Davis was involved in an insurrection against the US government. What Lincoln said and what I was always taught throughout primary school was that the southern states never actually seceded because they did not have the power to do so granted by the Constitution; therefore, the Civil War amounted to an insurrection against the US government, not an attack from a foreign country. The Confederates were all traitors to their real country, the USA.
specman · 51-55, M
@Theyitis
they labeled this as a peaceful protest
