Judges and politicians aren't at the mercy of the will of the people. They are at the mercy of the law and what is written forth. Part of democracy is the will of the populous is bound by the constraints of the law and Constitution until they have it changed.

@MethDozer Yeah, well, we voted to change the law in Oregon, and we were told to fuck ourselves.

@LordShadowfire It violated the State Constitution from what I read. You have to change that for a law to be implemented.
