Insider trading, Congress made it legal for Congress members to do it from my understanding of it. Also bribes and stuff like that which is not illegal. But expensive gifts by foreign heads of states, etc. are given to their spouses and that seems perfectly legal. (Expensive artwork and antiquities) I don’t think it should be.
