My prediction is scotus sends colorado decision back to states.

Overturning the decision clearly violates section 2, article 1 of the constitution that explicitly states that states are responsible selecting their electors.

Courts seem very reluctant to kick Trump off the ballot, but now that it has started....?
If Trump stays on the ballot and actually gets enough electoral college votes to gain the presidency, there will be huge court cases to attempt to deny him that. After all, the 14th amendment says that one can't hold office. It says nothing about being on the ballot.
