Personally .. no one other than indigenous peoples in the U.S. can say they are not descedants of immigrants. Its not immigrants I object to .. its the ignoring of our immigration laws. As a sovereign nation it is not racist to have policies/laws and uphold them. Every other country does and the U.S. should not be expected to allow what Biden's administration is doing. People from elsewhere do NOT have the right to break our laws to come here. Those who do should be dealt with accordingly .. regardless of their ethnic background /race.

I can add no more to this lucid and important point. It's not 'immigrants' per se who may do bad things, it's people with bad intent who could be anyone. Being a Mexican American with Native American ancestry living near the border with Mexico I've seen all kinds of crime.

The worst are the human smugglers who leave people to bake in locked 18 wheeler trailers in the south Texas sun and run off. Lately it's been the cross border kidnappings and drugs the cartels profit from. No mercy. Watch the movie Sicario and get an idea of what goes on. Just don't eat beforehand.

Sure was. The sequel wasn't quite as good though. I remember as a kid on visits to border towns looking at the daily newspapers showing dismembered bodies right there at the stand. People would just walk by and see like it was nothing. The stories were gruesome but they would capture people's attention big time. I stories could tell you...
