Assuming he doesn't get tripped up by judges, he still has to convince 12 jurors that Trump should be convicted.
I'm not saying it should be that hard, but practically, I didn't think it's going to be that easy.
There are millions of people who have, to various degrees, believed in Trump, and all it takes is one, willing to Trumpishly lie to get on the jury, and then vote to acquit.

@MistyCee This is my biggest fear with his trials that one of the jurors will violate his oath and engage in jury nullification. Of course, this isn't an issue in the NY trial ongoing right now on Trump's fraudulent company, because the case is being decided by the judge.

@Zaphod42 Possibly, but attorneys for both sides don't have unlimited strikes of potential jurors, so a lying supporter could slip through.
