Another Nazi-Lover Tries to Indoctrinate U.S. School Kids.

How the F*ck do you "accidentially" quote Heinrich Himmler?!

Iowa school district is forced to apologize after using a speech by Nazi Holocaust architect Heinrich Himmler as its 'quote of the day' for students

Indianola Community School District apologized after quoting Heinrich Himmler
The school shared the message 'my honor is my loyalty' with children on Monday
The incident occurred amid a spike in anti-Semitic incidents since October 7

FU*ck the apology. Fire the staffer's fascist-loving ass!

The phrase was attributed to Heinrich H. in the school's 'respect quote of the day,' which was shared over Indianola Middle School's public address system.

Don't you think "Heinrich H." was a clue?

Even the so-called apology by Indianola Superintendent Ted Ihns is offensive.

I first want to apologize for the oversight. While it was completely unintentional, I understand that some of those who saw the quote and realized the source were offended.

"Some of those who saw the quote.. were offended"? Only "some"? What's that? Code for "Jewish"?

ALL Americans should be offended that a school district is going around quoting Heinrich Himmler for a quote of the day.

The school district should spend a day teaching students about this monster.

"My honor is my loyalty" is a pretty weird "Respect Quote of the Day" anyway, even if it wasn't a quote from a prominent...well known, monstrous Nazi. Loyalty to whom or what, I wonder.
JimboSaturn · 51-55, M
@Piper Like all fascist slogans, it's vague and basically meaningless. It evokes emotions instead of delivering any meaning.
JimboSaturn · 51-55, M
@Piper Totally!
Piper · 61-69, F
@beckyromero I had those same thoughts, both when I first saw and read your post, and after reading a few different reports about it. The explanation and 'apology' come off as pretty lame.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
Attempting to push Trumpism yet so involved in the indoctrination to not recognize that Trump gets his loyalty thing from Himmler himself.

ANYTHING Trump pushes is good enough for him!

This FANATICISM is the very nature of both! They don't even know what they're saying, because the first can only say the truth!

This is why I call Trumpets fanatics!

They are victims of Donald Trump!

@sunsporter1649 SO wrong! Our country is not in the middle east!

And the middle East IS NOT our friend!

Israel should never have been placed there to begin with in 1948!

You don't put your friends in a hornets nest!

You only place your enemies in such a place!
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@DeWayfarer Yes, we know, American soldiers, American Ambassadors, American women and children, who cares, far more important to open the gates at home and let anybody in
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@sunsporter1649 ANYONE goes to any other country at their own risk!

And why it's not a good idea to go into the middle of a war zone that has lasted for 4,000 years!

It's STUPID to do so!

This makes me furious. (And that is why I gave an angry reaction -- it was not anger at the post, but at the incident.)

Well, Indiana is currently MAGAt-infested, so very on brand for them:

Yeah, they definitely did that on purpose. I could understand liking the quote and honestly not knowing who said it. I could even understand liking the quote despite it coming from Himmler. But to say "some... were offended" legit just sounds like they're trying to normalize Nazism. Like it's just another ideology, some like it, some are offended, we'll be more sensitive next time. This is especially scary since right-wing media has been trying to normalize Fascism since at least 2019.

@sunsporter1649 Leave it to you to post some demented meme "but whatabout" so on top of being a demented ole fool, now you're a Nazi sympathizer too, way to go. Geezzz ole sunstroke, the ole folks home should cut off your Internet for good this time 🤮💩🦆🍄
@spjennifer He uses nazi propaganda a lot. He believes in the Cultural Marxism conspiracy in which Marxist Jews are spreading degeneracy in America.
spjennifer · 61-69, T
@BohemianBabe Oh I know, he still needs to be called out for it every time he does it though. Noted that he hasn't called someone a "raghead" or a "chicom" for a very long time, my guess is he doesn't remember how they're spelled. He IS a very little man with senile dementia and definitely suffers from sunstroke too 🤪

How can someone in the educational system of today not think to check the source before stating something like this? You're right @beckyromero this moron needs to be fired for cause and then the school spend the day teaching students about who and what Himmler and the Nazi's were 🤮

@Handfull1 Case in point, see above...

Wow! What are we doing to these kids.
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
Hitler was a vegetarian. You think he ever used the phrase “ meat is murder “?
Piper · 61-69, F
@AthrillatheHunt Hitler wasn't really a vegetarian, though. There is considerable historical evidence confirming that fact.
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
@Piper more like a pescatarian I’ll bet.
Piper · 61-69, F
@AthrillatheHunt No, not according to some of those who cooked for him. Seems he quite enjoyed stuffed squab and sausages, in particular.
justanothername · 51-55, M
He clearly can’t read English or use Google?
Zonuss · 41-45, M
They are running out of options.
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
God damn right, they should fire him. With extreme prejudice. That is absolutely unforgivable.

@LordShadowfire

I gave [@ Diotrephes] one warning about downplaying Nazi attrocities - and he stull persisted. So now he is blocked.
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
@beckyromero Good. I reported his ass, knowing full well the website would force me to block him for the next month.

If you wish to post your anti-Israeli dribble and downplay the crimes against humanity committed by Nazi Germany, you can do so elswehere. But not on my posts you won't.
