We’ve been pretty lax w our navy for decades now . Nice to see us stand up again .

@AthrillatheHunt The navy isnt the ultimate threat it used to be. Its all drones and missiles if you want to deal with a good sized power. Being able to stand 100 Kilometers off shore and launch bomb strikes and small raids only really works against forces than cant hit back at that range. A power like China or Russian just drops a few low grade nukes into the area and there is a hole in the water where the whole carrier group used to be..😷
@AthrillatheHunt Stand up for what - carpet bombing innocent civilians?

@whowasthatmaskedman U boats at 50 paces... 8-)
@AthrillatheHunt in a VERY stupid way...

Look At the Suez canal... Where is it?
yeah right where all the rogue nations, and terrorist assets are very much In range

maybe you don't get the risk assessment.

A MULTI BILLION weapons system a nationally important defense asset?
in a place where any old ww2 field gun can hit it
when cheap RPG's, and antitank missiles can tear it up

would YOU put it there?
