The United Nations General Assembly adopted a major resolution on the Gaza crisis, calling for an “immediate, durable and sustained humanitarian truce leading to a cessation of hostilities”, with 121 countries in favor and only 17 against. 121 countries called for an immediate cease-fire without even mentioning the 10/7 Hamas atrocities.

@zonavar68 At least the UN can show us that hate agains Jewish people is a globl phenomenon. Apparently those 121 countries think it would be much better if Jews let themselves be killed without any resistance.

@helenS What about Jewish people do you think it is that people claim to hate? I'm only against the bigotry of Christianity as a whole, and the way Israel was created almost as an afterthought following WW2.

@helenS One vote in 2006 to replace the corrupt PLO and Hamas took over and Palestinians have never been allowed to vote again.

Kind of like the Trump supporters, resort to violence to keep their dictator in power. Should all trump supporters be deemed terrorists and exterminated?
Actually that wouldn't be a bad idea 🤷‍♂️

Have you ever heard of any protests in Gaza against Hamas?

I agree Hamas is a terrorist organization and needs to be removed from power, but killing 2 million Palestinians doesn't seem to be the wisest choice to me though.

@independentone The big problem in Germany and France is anti-Semitism, not isolationism. Violent anti-Semitism comes predominantly from Arab immigrants, but there is also old-school "Western" antisemitism too.

I don't know if they've ever tried. Iran has an Islamist horror government too, and the people keep protesting against it.

The real tragedy is that peaceful Jewish people have to fight against terrorist militias, or they will be exterminated. It wouldn't be the first time in history.
