Because its 100000x easier to transport thousands of vials of vaccines in one go than to transport dozens of meals a DAY to remote villages 2-3 times. And to do it constantly for an entire year as opposed to the once a year a vaccine is required on. Its more cost effective, transportation is far easier, and you can transport far more than meals
