@Carissimi my home backs up to a park with a playground for kids. One day I noticed a strange guy wandering behind my backyard fence. I looked on a local site for sexual predators and found the MFer. He had raped a 3 year old, and was not supposed to be anywhere near that park, but was obviously using it as his personal hunting ground. He was also looking into people's backyards to see which had children's toys. I reported him to the police, and they confirmed it was the child rapist as others had reported him as well.
