Hunter Biden is in trouble

Looking for a plea deal he didn’t get. Can jail time be coming
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
Lemme just address the talking points and propaganda regarding this story:

"But Hunter isn't part of the government!"

He sure isn't. Yet, he flew all over the world allegedly selling his father's influence. His father is the President, and it is absolutely relevant and deserves investigation to find out what was said and agreed upon by Joe Biden. Secret deals with the Chinese and Ukrainians? How is this not the public's business?

"Hunter is an addict, isn't it wrong of you to attack him because of his addiction?"

It isn't, no. His addiction is irrelevant and has nothing to do with his actions on behalf of Joe Biden. It's unfortunate if his addiction is causing him to behave erratically, but again, this is ultimately about Joe Biden, not Hunter Biden.

"BUT BUT BUT BUT TRUUUUUUUMMMMMMMPPPPPPPPPPP"

Ugh. 🙄
@SumKindaMunster and if the shoe was on the other foot...for example if Don Jr had pulled even half of this 💩, he'd have been in prison long ago.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@BizSuitStacy Oh hell ya dude. If that was Don Jr smoking crack and abusing hookers that would be ALL OVER the media from day 1.
TexChik · F
His attorney called the court clerk, tried to impersonate the plaintiff, and said they wanted to drop the case—a really stupid move. After the contempt charges, he will have a myriad of other criminal charges to deal with, along with being sanctioned and disbarred.
Clearly, a sign that they are desperate.
@TexChik the guy was probably high at the time.

FreeSpirit1 · 51-55, F
He isn't going to jail because the government knows the President was involved with his shakedowns and if he goes he is going to start talking.
Elessar · 26-30, M
@sunsporter1649 Which government role does Hunter have?
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@Elessar Oh, I get it, as long as one does not work for the gubberment, one is above the law, right?
akindheart · 61-69, F
@FreeSpirit1 he doesn't have to even talk. they have him and Joe on tape. as for Odumbo, i am sure he got a cut too
We're all hoping the justice system brings down the Biden crime syndicate. It's understandable why people are skeptical of that actually happening.
The media has been notified to have the “Troubled Past Of Hunter Biden” footage ready to roll for his impending “accidental death” or “suicide.”

So what if it is? If he has committed crimes he has to pay.

But it is worth clarifying: HE’S NOT THE PRESIDENT 🙃
Slade · 56-60, M
@SW-User you'd go to prison too in the vain hope for a reacharound from him
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@SW-User From an avowed hater of the 2nd Amendment the word "if" stands out starkly
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@SW-User Might be time.
specman · 51-55, M
There will be some other plea bargain or some other loophole. Nothing serious will probably happen.

I nor anybody I know or know of that is a private citizen gets a government motorcade. They don’t get to be with the president on official business etc. probably another loophole.
I think though he is given special treatment. Who else gets cover from investigations from IRS or gun charges like his. Etc
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
Oh yeah, and guess who is even bigger trouble? Joe Biden.

Now this gets parsed out over the next year or so with plenty of damaging revelations that will point to Joe Biden's involvement with his son's overseas dealings.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@SW-User When all this comes out, think of me and realize I was correct all along.
Hunter Biden introduced his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to a top executive at a Ukrainian energy firm less than a year before the elder Biden pressured government officials in Ukraine into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company, according to emails obtained by The Post.

The never-before-revealed meeting is mentioned in a message of appreciation that Vadym Pozharskyi, an adviser to the board of Burisma, allegedly sent Hunter Biden on April 17, 2015, about a year after Hunter joined the Burisma board at a reported salary of up to $50,000 a month.

“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together. It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure,” the email reads.

An earlier email from May 2014 also shows Pozharskyi, reportedly Burisma’s No. 3 exec, asking Hunter for “advice on how you could use your influence” on the company’s behalf. (The New York Post. October 14, 2020)

Hunter Biden pursued lucrative deals involving China’s largest private energy company — including one that he said would be “interesting for me and my family,” emails obtained by The Post show.

In addition, the email outlined a “provisional agreement” under which 80 percent of the “equity,” or shares in the new company, would be split equally among four people whose initials correspond to the sender and three recipients, with “H” apparently referring to Biden.

The deal also listed “10 Jim” and “10 held by H for the big guy?” Neither Jim nor the “big guy” was identified further. (The New York Post. October 15, 2020.)

Tony Bobulinski: Joe Biden referenced that you've seen my tax returns and there's no money from foreign enterprises in that. I want to simplify this for the American people as much as I can. On May 13, that email was sent from James Gilliar to me. I didn't generate that email. James Gilliar generated that email. And in that email, James Gilliar here goes through intimate detail of what each individual's requests were from a compensation perspective and how the equity in the enterprise would be divvied up. Very important. May 13th, that email was generated by somebody else to me. In that email, there's a statement where they go through the equity. Jim Biden's referenced, as you know, 10% – doesn't say “Biden”, it says Jim – and then it has 10% for the ‘big guy’ held by H. A thousand percent sit here and know that the big guy is referencing Joe Biden. It's crystal clear to me because I lived it. I met with the former vice president in person multiple times and I had been meeting and talking with Hunter Biden and Jim Biden and Rob Walker and James here.

@SW-User God what an idiot!
Mindful · 56-60, F
On other matters maybe. But he has paid his taxes plus late fees.
Just goes to show that the lives of the rich and famous are not as perfect as some believe.
Mindful · 56-60, F
@drtt943 try Re reading all the deets
While the investigation was ongoing, Hunter Biden fully paid his federal tax bill, along with interest and penalties, his lawyers have previously said.
@Mindful ha ha. His lawyers aren’t any smarter than he is. Re: plea deal today that backfired
Mindful · 56-60, F
@drtt943 any court can confirm whether taxes have been paid. Again, there are OTHER charges. But since you are so smart and informed I will let you figure it out
Patriot96 · 56-60, C
Squeeze his punk ass and he will rat out fjb
Baremine · 70-79, C
Hopefully for the "Big guy"
HumanEarth · 56-60, F
Should get the death sentence
HumanEarth · 56-60, F
@SW-User It would teach Hillary, the Bush's, Trump and the rest that if they fuck over their own country they should be put to death for treason.

You commit treasonable acts, you should be killed.

It will teach others if they pull shit, they they are going to be hung like in the old west
SW-User
@HumanEarth Agreed, but only Trump has committed a treasonous act thus far
HumanEarth · 56-60, F
@SW-User BS they all have. From Ronald Ragan to Biden

Every dam one of them have committed a treasonous acts of some sort

Both sides are fucked up and they are secretly on the same side.

They have all the people brained washed so bad. That nobody really knows the truth
It's quite possible, and the willful tax fraud should land him in jail for a year or two.
RedBaron · M
Maybe he’ll be neighbors with Trump.
